Q: What are the pool hours?

Hours vary depending on time of year. Please refer to the Pool Hours on the front page.

Q: How do I purchase snacks and drinks at the Snack Bar, otherwise known as the Crab Shack?

Pool members can purchase a punch card that can be used for your family to purchase items from the Crab Shack for $20.00. See the lifeguards or another pool member to learn the punch card process.

Q: How do club members rent the swim club for parties or rent the club’s trailer?

Members can rent out a portion of the club for birthday parties, pool parties, graduations or other special occasions or events. See below for rental forms and policies.

Q: What is the process to use the grills at the pool?

To use the grills, begin by selecting either the gas or charcoal grill. If you use the gas grill, check to see that there is enough gas in the tank, turn the tank on and light as indicated on the grill. If you are using a charcoal grill, bring matches and a bag of charcoal (leave extra in the crab shack or storage unit) and light accordingly. Once lit, please make sure to stay close to the grill to ensure the safest outcome with fellow club members.

Q: What is the role of the lifeguards?

The team of lifeguards is responsible for the general safety of members and guests, as well as ensuring the highest water quality in the pool. They are on the lifeguard stand from the top of each hour until 10 minutes until the top of the hour. At that time, there is a 10-minute break to test the water quality and answer questions from members and guests. When the whistle blows for the break, all children under the age of 18 must exit the water. Adults are allowed to be in the pool during these breaks. The role of the lifeguards is NOT to serve as your babysitter. Inappropriate behavior from children and adults will not be tolerated. Parents of young children must keep a close watch on their children in and around the pool grounds.

Q: Can members bring guests to the pool?

Yes. Guests are welcome and encouraged to visit our club as long as they are accompanied by a club member during their time of visit. All guests must pay $5.00 per person. Member families can purchase guest passes in packs of 5 for $15.

Q: Are glass containers allowed in the pool area?

No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area. If you have refreshments that are in a glass container, please exit the grounds and transfer your contents into a plastic cup or container to bring into the pool area.

Q: How do I reserve a table or chairs around the pool area?

Chairs, tables and loungers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Some families bring round table covers to help protect the tables made available to our members.

Q: Does your facility have a gated baby pool?

Yes. The club has a gated baby pool with a canopy for shade during the hot summer days. For the safety of all children, parents are strongly encouraged to stay with their children when using this part of the pool.
