Swim Club Rental & Policies

Crabtree Swim Club welcomes member swim and birthday parties at our facility during pool operating hours. The following policies are in place to ensure that parties are conducted in a fun, safe manner while the rights of other members are maintained.

Adult Parties
  • Parties should be held after pool hours and require Board approval
  • Parties are $200 plus $15/hr for each lifeguard. All parties must have at least one lifeguard.
Included with your party
  • Swimming access to main pool and baby pool
  • Exclusive use of the back shelter area
  • Access to the Crab Shack to store party snacks and drinks as space permits
  • Use of the grills
  • Use of the ice machine, sink and microwave oven


  • All children’s parties must be held during normal operating hours. The pool does not close to members for parties held during operating hours.
  • Parties may not be scheduled during swim team practices, swim meets, water aerobics or on major holidays. These are marked on the pool calendar.
  • Kids’ parties must conclude by 2pm Fri-Sun.
  • Parties should be scheduled at least two weeks in advance to make sure lifeguards are available. Estimated party size must be provided upon reservation to ensure proper lifeguard coverage.
  • Swimmers under 9 must be accompanied by a caregiver (16+). Caregivers are not counted against attendee numbers if the caregiver doesn’t intend to swim.
  • Parties must have one adult supervising for every 10 swimmers aged 9-17.
  • All swimmers must sign a waiver. Swimmers under 18 must have the waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Guests under 18 must list the name and phone number of a legal guardian.
  • One half hour is allotted for set-up and break down.
  • No glass of any kind is allowed within the fenced pool area.
  • Please notify the rental agent ahead of time if alcohol will be consumed. CSTC reserves the right to limit what type of alcohol may be consumed on pool property.
  • Underage drinking and illegal narcotics are strictly prohibited. Law enforcement will be called for anyone found violating this policy while on pool grounds.
  • Large pool floats are not allowed as they may restrict lifeguard’s view. Pool noodles are allowed.
  • CSTC staff and lifeguards reserve the right to ask any person to leave if found to be acting inappropriately, unsafely or intoxicated.
  • Music is allowed but must be kept to a reasonable volume as to not disturb the other guests, members or neighbors. Music containing explicit language or profanity is prohibited.
  • All party supplies must be supplied by the host.
  • All party hosts will make sure that guests are briefed on pool rules.
  • Party hosts are asked to be courteous to other members when planning their function, and clear any out-of-the-ordinary plans with the rental agent.
  • Hosts must clean any area used during the party. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if the area is not cleared.
  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Should a party be cancelled due to weather conditions, the host may reschedule with the rental agent. If the party cannot be rescheduled, CSTC will refund payments minus any payments already made to lifeguards.
